Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for generating a prediction result for predicting an occurrence of fatal symptoms of a subject in advance, a method for performing data classification by using data augmentation in mechanical learning for the same, and a computing device using the same. Particularly, the computing device according to the present invention acquires vital signs of the subject, converts the same into individuated data, generates analysis information from the individuated data on the basis of a machine learning model, generates a prediction result by referring to the analysis information, and provides the prediction result to an external entity. In addition, another computing device according to the present invention acquires actual data, allows a generator and a discriminator of a modification GAN to learn by using information of a label and the actual data, generates similar data by using the same, allows a machine learning model to learn by using the similar data as learning data of the machine learning model for classification, and classifies data to be classified, on the basis of the learning, thereby generating classification information.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de générer un résultat de prédiction pour prédire une occurrence de symptômes fatals d'un sujet à l'avance, à un procédé permettant d'effectuer une classification de données par utilisation d'une augmentation de données dans un apprentissage mécanique pour ce dernier, et à un dispositif informatique utilisant ce dernier. En particulier, le dispositif informatique selon la présente invention acquiert des signes vitaux du sujet, les convertit en données individualisées, génère des informations d'analyse à partir des données individualisées sur la base d'un modèle d'apprentissage machine, génère un résultat de prédiction en se référant aux informations d'analyse et fournit le résultat de prédiction à une entité externe. De plus, un autre dispositif informatique selon la présente invention acquiert des données réelles, permet à un générateur et à un discriminateur d'un GAN de modification d'apprendre à l'aide d'informations d'une étiquette et des données réelles, génère des données similaires à l'aide de ces dernières, permet à un modèle d'apprentissage machine d'apprendre à l'aide des données similaires en tant que données d'apprentissage du modèle d'apprentissage machine pour une classification et classifie des données à classifier, sur la base de l'apprentissage, ce qui permet de générer des informations de classification.
(KO) 본 발명은 피검체의 치명적 증상의 발생을 조기에 예측하기 위한 예측 결과를 생성하는 방법, 이를 위한 기계 학습에 있어서 데이터 확대를 이용하여 데이터의 분류를 수행하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 컴퓨팅 장치에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 컴퓨팅 장치는, 상기 피검체의 생체 신호를 획득하고, 이를 개체화 데이터로 변환하며, 기계 학습 모델에 기초하여 상기 개체화 데이터로부터 분석 정보를 생성하고, 이를 참조로 하여 예측 결과를 생성하고 이를 외부 엔티티에게 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 다른 컴퓨팅 장치는, 실제 데이터를 획득하고, 레이블의 정보 및 실제 데이터를 이용하여 수정 GAN의 생성기 및 판별기를 학습시키고, 이를 이용하여 유사 데이터를 생성하고, 이를 분류용 기계 학습 모델의 학습 데이터로 이용하여 기계 학습 모델을 학습시키며, 이에 기초하여 분류 대상 데이터를 분류함으로써 분류 정보를 생성한다.
