Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are: a plated steel sheet having a plated film on the surface of a hot rolled steel sheet; and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the hot rolled steel sheet comprises, by wt%, 0.15-0.25% of C, 0.5% or less of Si, 0.5-2.0% of Mn, 0.03% or less of P, 0.015% or less of S, 0.05% or less of Al, 0.01% or less of N, 0.05% or less of Ti (excluding 0%), 0.01% or less of B (excluding 0%) and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, satisfies the following relation 1, and comprises, as a microstructure, 10-30 area% of ferrite, 20-40 area% of pearlite and 35-55 area% of bainite. [Relation 1] 0.235[C]+0.0158[Mn]+0.0625[Si]+0.0423[Mo]+0.317[Ti]+1.36[Nb]≤0.075 wherein [C], [Mn], [Si], [Mo], [Ti] and [Nb] respectively mean the amounts (wt%) of the corresponding elements included in a steel sheet.
(FR) L'invention concerne : une tôle d'acier plaquée ayant un film plaqué sur la surface d'une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud ; et son procédé de fabrication, la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud comprenant, en % en poids, 0,15 à 0,25 % de C, 0,5 % ou moins de Si, 0,5 à 2,0 % de Mn, 0,03 % ou moins de P, 0,015 % ou moins de S, 0,05 % ou moins d'Al, 0,01 % ou moins de N, 0,05 % ou moins de Ti (à l'exclusion de 0 %), 0,01 % ou moins de B (à l'exclusion de 0 %) et le reste de Fe et d'impuretés inévitables, satisfait à la relation 1 suivante, et comprend, en tant que microstructure, 10 à 30 % en surface de ferrite, 20 à 40 % en surface de perlite et 35 à 55 % en surface de baïnite. [Relation 1] 0,235 [C] + 0,0158 [Mn] + 0,0625 [Si] + 0,0423 [Mo] + 0,317 [Ti] + 1,36 [Nb] ≤ 0,075, [C], [Mn], [Si], [Mo], [Ti] et [Nb] représentant respectivement les quantités (% en poids) des éléments correspondants inclus dans une tôle d'acier.
(KO) 열연 강판 표면에 도금 피막을 갖는 도금강판으로서, 상기 열연 강판은 중량%로, C: 0.15~0.25%, Si: 0.5% 이하, Mn: 0.5~2.0%, P: 0.03% 이하, S: 0.015% 이하, Al: 0.05% 이하, N: 0.01% 이하, Ti: 0.05% 이하 (0%는 제외), B: 0.01% 이하 (0%는 제외), 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 하기 관계식 1을 만족하며, 그 미세조직으로, 페라이트 10~30면적%, 펄라이트 20~40면적% 및 베이나이트 35~55면적%를 포함하는 도금강판과 이를 제조하는 방법이 개시된다.
