Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a communication scheme for convergence of an IoT technology and a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate beyond a 4G system, and a system therefor. The present disclosure may be applied to an intelligent service (for example, a smart home, a smart building, a smart city, a smart car or connected car, healthcare, digital education, retail business, a security and security related service, or the like) on the basis of a 5G communication technology and an IoT related technology. The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for efficiently performing congestion control in a mobile communication system network.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technique de communication pour faire converger une technologie IdO et un système de communication 5G pour la prise en charge d'un débit de transmission de données supérieur à celui d'un système 4G, et un système associé. La présente invention peut s’appliquer à un service intelligent (par exemple, une maison intelligente, un bâtiment intelligent, une ville intelligente, une voiture intelligente ou une voiture connectée, des soins de santé, l'éducation numérique, le commerce de détail, un service associé à la sûreté ou à la sécurité, ou similaire) sur la base d’une technologie de communication 5G et d’une technologie associée à l’IdO. La présente invention porte sur un procédé et un appareil permettant d'effectuer efficacement une régulation de congestion dans un réseau de système de communication mobile.
