Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is directed to a method for pre-lithiation of a negative electrode for a secondary battery, the method comprising the steps of: placing and dispersing a lithium metal powder, an inorganic material powder, and a binder in a solvent to prepare a mixture solution; and forming a lithium metal-inorganic material composite layer on a negative electrode by using the mixture solution. The present invention provides a method for pre-lithiation of a negative electrode having high capacity through a simple process. A negative electrode for a secondary battery, which is manufactured by the pre-lithiation method provided in the present invention, has improved initial irreversibility, and a secondary batter manufactured by using such a negative electrode for a secondary battery has excellent charging and discharging efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de pré-lithiation d'une électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : placer et disperser une poudre de métal de lithium, une poudre de matériau inorganique, et un liant dans un solvant pour préparer une solution de mélange; et former une couche composite de matériau inorganique et de métal lithium sur une électrode négative à l'aide de la solution de mélange. La présente invention concerne un procédé de pré-lithiation d'une électrode négative ayant une capacité élevée par l'intermédiaire d'un processus simple. Une électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire, qui est fabriquée par le procédé de pré-lithiation fourni dans la présente invention présente une irréversibilité initiale améliorée, et une batterie secondaire fabriquée à l'aide de ladite électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire présente une excellente efficacité de charge et de décharge.
(KO) 본 발명은 리튬금속 분말, 무기물 분말 및 바인더를 용매에 넣고 분산시켜 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 음극에 상기 혼합 용액을 사용하여 리튬금속-무기물 복합층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 이차전지용 음극의 전리튬화 방법이다. 본 발명은 단순한 공정에 의해 용량이 높은 음극을 전리튬화하는 방법을 제공하고, 본 발명에서 제공하는 전리튬화 방법을 통해 제조된 이차전지용 음극은 초기 비가역성이 개선된 특성을 가지며, 이러한 이차전지용 음극을 이용하여 제조한 이차전지는 우수한 충방전 효율을 가진다.
