Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a spherical aluminum nitride powder, comprising the steps of: (i) preparing a mixture solution by mixing an Al precursor and a flux in the presence of a solvent; (ii) spray-drying the mixture solution prepared in step (i); (iii) mixing the dry powder, which has been spray-dried, with a carbon-based material; (iv) heat treating the mixture of step (iii) in a nitrogen atmosphere; and (V) decarbonizing the heat-treated compound of step (iv) under atmospheric conditions, wherein the flux is: one or more selected from the group consisting of Cu2O, TiO2, Bi2O3 and CuO; or a mixture of one or more selected from the group consisting of Cu2O, TiO2, Bi2O3 and CuO, and one or more selected from the group consisting of CaF2 and Y2O3.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une poudre de nitrure d'aluminium sphérique, comprenant les étapes consistant à : (i) préparer une solution de mélange par mélange d'un précurseur d'Al et d'un fondant en présence d'un solvant; (ii) sécher par pulvérisation la solution de mélange préparée à l'étape (i); (iii) mélanger la poudre sèche, qui a été séchée par pulvérisation, avec un matériau à base de carbone; (iv) traiter thermiquement le mélange de l'étape (iii) dans une atmosphère d'azote; et (V) décarboniser le composé traité thermiquement de l'étape (iv) dans des conditions atmosphériques, le fondant étant : un ou plusieurs composés choisis dans le groupe constitué par Cu2O, TiO2, Bi2O3 et CuO; ou un mélange d'un ou de plusieurs composés choisis dans le groupe constitué par Cu2O, TiO2, Bi2O3 et CuO et un ou plusieurs composés sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué par CaF2 et Y2O3.
(KO) 본 발명은 구형의 질화알루미늄 분말을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, (i) A1-전구체, 및 플럭스 (Flux)를 용매 하에서 흔합하여 흔합 용액을 제조하는 과정; (ii)상기 과정 (i)에서 제조되는 흔합 용액을 분무건조하는 과정; (iii) 상기 분무건조된 건조분말을 카본계 물질과 흔합하는 과정; (iv) 상기 과정 (iii)의 흔합물을 질소 분위기 하에서 열처리하는 과정; 및 (V) 상기 과정 (iv)의 열처리 화합물을 공기 분위기 하에서 탈탄소 처리하는 과정;을 포함하고, 상기 플럭스는, Cu20, Ti02, Bi203, 및 CuO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상; 또는 Cu2O, TiO2, Bi2O3, 및 CuO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상과 CaF2, 및 Y2O3로 이루어잔 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 흔합물인 구형의 질화알루미늄 분말의 제조방법을 제공한다.
