Abstract:
(EN) A damper device of the present invention comprises: a guide unit having a predetermined length along an imaginary load applying line that is parallel to the direction in which tensile force or compressive force is applied; a first movable unit coupled to one side of the guide unit and capable of reciprocating in parallel to the load applying line; a second movable unit spaced apart from the first movable unit, coupled to one side of the guide unit and capable of reciprocating in parallel to the load applying line; a deformation unit connecting the first movable unit and the second movable unit, and formed so as to be tensioned and restored along the direction parallel to the load applying line; and an operating unit formed so as to enable the second movable unit to be pulled such that the second movable unit moves away from the first movable unit and to enable the first movable unit to be pushed such that the first movable unit moves away from the second movable unit, wherein the deformation unit becomes tensioned when the operating unit pulls the second movable unit or pushes the first movable unit. According to the present invention, the deformation unit is formed so as to become tensioned when the tensile force is applied to both ends of the damper device and the compressive force is applied thereto, such that the deformation of the deformation unit is easily predicted, thereby facilitating the design of the damper device for absorbing shock and controlling vibration and displacement, and enabling the damper device having a stable structure to be provided.
(FR) Le dispositif amortisseur selon la présente invention comprend : une unité de guidage présentant une longueur prédéterminée le long d'une ligne d'application de charge imaginaire qui est parallèle à la direction dans laquelle une force de tension ou une force de compression est appliquée; une première unité mobile accouplée à un côté de l'unité de guidage et pouvant réaliser un mouvement de va-et-vient en parallèle à la ligne d'application de charge; une seconde unité mobile espacée de la première unité mobile, accouplée à un côté de l'unité de guidage et pouvant réaliser un mouvement de va-et-vient en parallèle à la ligne d'application de charge; une unité de déformation raccordant la première unité mobile à la seconde unité mobile et formée de manière à être tendue et restaurée le long de la direction parallèle à la ligne d'application de charge; et une unité d'actionnement formée de manière à permettre à la seconde unité mobile d'être tirée de sorte que la seconde unité mobile s'éloigne de la première unité mobile et de permettre à la première unité mobile d'être poussée de sorte que la première unité mobile s'éloigne de la seconde unité mobile, l'unité de déformation étant tendue lorsque l'unité d'actionnement tire la seconde unité mobile ou pousse la première unité mobile. Selon la présente invention, l'unité de déformation est formée de manière être tendue lorsque la force de tension est appliquée aux deux extrémités du dispositif amortisseur et la force de compression est appliquée à ce dernier, de sorte que la déformation de l'unité de déformation est facilement prédite, ce qui facilite la conception du dispositif amortisseur permettant d'absorber les chocs et de commander les vibrations et le déplacement et permet la fourniture d'un dispositif amortisseur présentant une structure stable.
(KO) 본발명의댐퍼장치는,인장력또는압축력이작용하는방향과평행한가상의 하중작용라인을따라서소정의길이를갖는가이드유닛;가이드유닛일측에결합되되 하중작용라인과평행하게왕복이동가능한제 1이동유닛;제 1이동유닛과이격되고, 가이드유닛일측에결합되되하중작용라인과평행하게왕복이동가능한제 2이동유닛; 제 1이동유닛과제 2이동유닛을연결하고,하중작용라인과평행한방향을따라인장되고 또한회복되도록이루어지는변형유닛;및제 1이동유닛으로부터제 2이동유닛이 멀어지도록제 2이동유닛을당기고,제 2이동유닛으로부터제 1이동유닛이멀어지도록 제 1이동유닛을밀수있게이루어지는작동유닛을포함하고,작동유닛이제 2이동유닛을 당기거나제 1이동유닛을밀때,변형유닛은인장되는것을특징으로한다.본발명에 의하면,댐퍼장치의양단에인장력이작용할때및압축력이작용할때변형유닛이 인장되도록이루어져,변형유닛의변형 예측이용이하여층격흡수,진동및변위제어를 위한댐퍼장치의설계가용이하고,안정적인구조의댐퍼장치를제공할수있다.
