Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a method for preparing easy-to-cook grains; a method for preparing processed grains by using grains prepared using the same; and a product thereof. According to one aspect, the method for preparing grains has effects of reducing cooking time, providing convenient cooking, and enabling grains or processed grains, which have improved storability and contain various health functional ingredients, to be prepared.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de grains faciles à cuire; un procédé de préparation de grains traités à l'aide de grains préparés à l'aide de ceux-ci; et un produit desdits grains. Selon un aspect, le procédé de préparation de grains a pour effet de réduire le temps de cuisson, de proposer une cuisson pratique, et d'activer les grains ou les grains traités qui présentent une meilleure conservation et contiennent divers ingrédients fonctionnels de santé, à préparer.
(KO) 본 발명은 조리 편의성 곡물의 제조방법과 이를 이용하여 제조된 곡물을 이용한 곡물 가공품의 제조 방법 및 그 제품에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 곡물을 제조하는 방법에 의하면, 조리 시간을 단축하고, 조리 편의성을 부여할 수 있으면서, 다양한 건강기능성 원료를 함유하는 저장성이 향상된 곡물 또는 곡물 가공품을 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
