Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for screening neural progenitor cells, comprising: (1) a step for introducing, into the cells, an mRNA in which a sequence encoding a marker protein is functionally linked to a sequence recognized by a miRNA expressed in the neural progenitor cells, or a DNA that encodes said mRNA; and (2) a step for screening cells in which the expression of said marker protein is suppressed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de sélection de cellules progénitrices neurales, comprenant : (1) une étape d'introduction, dans les cellules, d'un ARNm dans lequel une séquence codant pour une protéine marqueur est fonctionnellement liée à une séquence reconnue par un miARN exprimé dans les cellules progénitrices neurales, ou un ADN qui code pour ledit ARNm; et (2) une étape de criblage de cellules dans lesquelles l'expression de ladite protéine marqueur est supprimée.
