Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a transparent electrode for oxygen production, said transparent electrode comprising a Ta nitride layer on a transparent substrate. This method for producing a transparent electrode for oxygen production comprises: a step for forming a Ta nitride precursor layer on a transparent substrate; and a step for nitriding the Ta nitride precursor layer by means of a mixed gas that contains ammonia and a carrier gas.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à la production d'une électrode transparente destinée à la production d'oxygène, ladite électrode transparente comprenant une couche de nitrure de Ta sur un substrat transparent. Le procédé destiné à la production d'une électrode transparente destinée à la production d'oxygène comprend : une étape destinée à la formation d'une couche de précurseur de nitrure de Ta sur un substrat transparent ; et une étape destinée à la nitruration de la couche de précurseur de nitrure de Ta au moyen d'un gaz mixte qui contient de l'ammoniac et un gaz porteur.
