Abstract:
(EN) A stator assembly method comprising: a step in which a first guide jig is inserted into an insulating member arranged in a slot along a center axis direction, and a portion of the insulating member on radially one side is opened; and a step in which a coil and the first guide jig are together moved toward the radially other side with respect to the stator core, thereby inserting a slot accommodation part into the slot via an opening.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage de stator comprenant : une étape au cours de laquelle un premier gabarit de guidage est inséré dans un élément isolant disposé dans une fente le long de la direction de l'axe central, et une partie de l'élément isolant sur un côté dans le sens radial est ouverte ; et une étape au cours de laquelle une bobine et le premier gabarit de guidage sont rapprochés ensemble de l'autre côté dans le sens radial par rapport au noyau du stator, ce qui permet d'insérer une partie de logement de fente dans la fente par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture.
