Abstract:
(EN) A distance image sensor 10 comprises: a light source 11; a light source control means 31 for controlling the light source 11; a pixel circuit 13 having a photoelectric conversion region 21, electric charge readout regions 221-223, and control electrodes 241-243; an electric charge transfer control means 32 for sequentially applying a control pulse to the control electrodes 241-243; and a distance calculation means for reading out the voltage of the electric charge readout regions 221-223 as detection signals S1-S3, and repeatedly calculating a distance on the basis of the detection signals S1-S3. The distance calculation means calculates the total value SA of electric charge signal components generated from pulse light in which background light of the detection signals S1-S3 has been removed. When the total value SA exceeds a first threshold value Th1, the distance calculation means calculates the distance using a prescribed calculation formula from the detection signals S1-S3, and when the total value SA does not exceed the first threshold value Th1, the distance calculation means deems the distance calculation to be invalid.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un capteur d’image de distance 10 qui comprend : une source de lumière 11 ; un moyen de commande de source de lumière 31 pour commander la source de lumière 11 ; un circuit de pixel 13 comportant une région de conversion photoélectrique 21, des régions de lecture de charge électrique 221-223, et des électrodes de commande 241-243 ; un moyen de commande de transfert de charge électrique 32 pour appliquer séquentiellement une impulsion de commande aux électrodes de commande 241-243 ; et un moyen de calcul de distance pour lire la tension des régions de lecture de charge électrique 221-223 en tant que signaux de détection S1-S3, et calculer de façon répétée une distance sur la base des signaux de détection S1-S3. Le moyen de calcul de distance calcule la valeur totale SA de composantes de signal de charge électrique générées à partir de la lumière pulsée dans laquelle la lumière d’arrière-plan des signaux de détection S1-S3 a été retirée. Lorsque la valeur totale SA dépasse une première valeur de seuil Th1, le moyen de calcul de distance calcule la distance au moyen d’une formule de calcul prescrite à partir des signaux de détection S1-S3, et lorsque la valeur totale SA ne dépasse pas la première valeur de seuil Th1, le moyen de calcul de distance estime le calcul de distance comme étant non valide.
