Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for use in laminating a resin member, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet being photocurable and exhibiting both surface conformance properties and anti-blistering properties. Proposed is a photocurable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for use in laminating a resin member (X) which has a light transmittance of 10% or less at a wavelength of 365 nm and a light transmittance of 60% or greater at a wavelength of 405 nm, characterized by including a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (Y) having all of the following properties (1) to (3): (1) a gel content in the range of 0-60%; (2) a light transmittance of 89% or less at a wavelength of 390 nm and a light transmittance of 80% or greater at a wavelength of 410 nm; and (3) photocuring properties such that curing occurs upon irradiation with light having a wavelength of 405 nm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille adhésive autocollante destinée à être utilisée dans la stratification d'un élément résineux, la feuille adhésive autocollante ayant une aptitude au photodurcissement et étant capable de combiner la propriété de se conformer à des irrégularités de surface avec une fiabilité concernant le cloquage. L'invention concerne une feuille adhésive autocollante photodurcissable destinée à être utilisée dans la stratification d'un élément résineux (X) qui a une transmittance de lumière de 10 % ou moins à une longueur d'onde de 365 nm et une transmittance de lumière de 60 % ou plus à une longueur d'onde de 405 nm, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une couche adhésive sensible à la pression (Y) ayant toutes les propriétés suivantes (1) à (3). (1) Avoir une teneur en gel dans la plage de 0 à 60 %. (2) Avoir une transmittance de lumière de 89 % ou moins à une longueur d'onde de 390 nm et une transmittance de lumière de 80 % ou plus à une longueur d'onde de 410 nm. (3) Avoir la propriété de photodurcissement lors de l'irradiation avec de la lumière ayant une longueur d'onde de 405 nm.
(JA) 樹脂部材を貼合するために用いる粘着シートに関し、光硬化性を備えており、段差吸収性と耐発泡信頼性とを両立させることができる粘着シートとして、波長365nmでの光線透過率が10%以下で、かつ、波長405nmでの光線透過率が60%以上の樹脂部材(X)を貼合するために用いる光硬化性粘着シートであって、以下の(1)~(3)の全ての特性を備える粘着層(Y)を有することを特徴とする光硬化性粘着シートを提案する。 (1)ゲル分率が0~60%の範囲内にある。 (2)波長390nmでの光線透過率が89%以下であって、かつ、波長410nmでの光線透過率が80%以上である。 (3)波長405nmの光の照射によって硬化する光硬化性を備えている。
