Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for accurately measuring an amount of a blood component irrespective of whether the distribution of blood introduced into a capillary is non-uniform. This measuring method is characterized in that an electrode system for measuring a plurality of hematocrit values is provided in a capillary of a bio-sensor, and hematocrit values are measured in mutually different positions within the capillary. Measuring the hematocrit values in a plurality of locations within the capillary in this way enables a more accurate hematocrit value to be measured irrespective of variability in the distribution of blood introduced into the capillary.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de mesure précise d'une quantité d'un composant sanguin indépendamment du fait que la distribution du sang introduit dans un capillaire est non uniforme. Ce procédé de mesure est caractérisé en ce qu'un système d'électrodes pour mesurer une pluralité de valeurs d'hématocrite est disposé dans un capillaire d'un biocapteur, et des valeurs d'hématocrite sont mesurées dans des positions mutuellement différentes à l'intérieur du capillaire. La mesure des valeurs d'hématocrite à une pluralité d'emplacements à l'intérieur du capillaire permet ainsi de mesurer une valeur d'hématocrite plus précise quelle que soit la variabilité de la distribution du sang introduit dans le capillaire.
(JA) キャピラリ内に導入された血液の分布に偏りがあるにもかかわらず、血液成分を正確に測定する方法を提供する。本発明の測定方法は、バイオセンサのキャピラリ内に複数のヘマトクリット値を測定するための電極系を設け、キャピラリ内の互いに異なる位置でヘマトクリット値を測定することを特徴とする。このようにキャピラリ内の複数の箇所でヘマトクリット値を測定することにより、キャピラリ内に導入された血液の分布のばらつきにかかわらず、より正確なヘマトクリット値を測定することが可能である。
