Abstract:
(EN) A rotary compressor (1), wherein: a lower-side connection part (90) is provided between an auxiliary shaft part (74) and a lower-side eccentric part (76) of a drive shaft (70); the distance obtained by subtracting the amount of eccentricity eL of the lower-side eccentric part (76) from the radius ReL of the lower-side connection part (90) is less than the radius RS of the auxiliary shaft part (74); and the lower-side connection part (90) is configured such that the height HCL thereof is less than the height HPL of a lower-side piston (45), without the outer surface of the lower-side connection part (90) protruding beyond the outer surface of the lower-side eccentric part (76). A circumferentially extending inner circumferential groove (48) is formed on an end part of the lower-side piston (45) toward the lower-side-connection part (90) on the inner circumferential surface, the inner circumferential groove (48) being provided to avert contact between the auxiliary shaft (74) and the inner circumferential surface of the lower-side piston (45) when the lower-side piston (45) is on the outer circumferential side of the lower-side connection part (90) and the inner circumferential surface of the lower-side piston (45) is further outward than the outer circumferential surface of the lower-side eccentric part (76).
(FR) L'invention concerne un compresseur rotatif (1) caractérisé en ce que : une partie de liaison côté inférieur (90) est disposée entre une partie arbre auxiliaire (74) et une partie excentrique côté inférieur (76) d'un arbre d'entraînement (70) ; la distance obtenue par soustraction de la quantité d'excentricité eL de la partie excentrique côté inférieur (76), du rayon ReL de la partie de liaison côté inférieur (90), est inférieure au rayon RS de la partie arbre auxiliaire (74) ; et la partie de liaison côté inférieur (90) est conçue pour que sa hauteur HCL soit inférieure à la hauteur HPL d'un piston côté inférieur (45), sans que la surface externe de la partie de liaison côté inférieur (90) fasse saillie au-delà de la surface externe de la partie excentrique côté inférieur (76). Une rainure circonférentielle interne (48), s'étendant circonférentiellement, est formée sur une partie d'extrémité du piston côté inférieur (45) vers la partie de liaison côté inférieur (90) sur la surface circonférentielle interne, la rainure circonférentielle interne (48) étant conçue de manière à éviter le contact entre l'arbre auxiliaire (74) et la surface circonférentielle interne du piston côté inférieur (45) lorsque le piston côté inférieur (45) se trouve sur le côté circonférentiel externe de la partie de liaison côté inférieur (90) et que la surface circonférentielle interne du piston côté inférieur (45) est plus vers l'extérieur que la surface circonférentielle externe de la partie excentrique côté inférieur (76).
