Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device which is prevented from phase transition of a liquid crystal layer during the time when the liquid crystal display device is driven. A liquid crystal display device according to the present invention is sequentially provided with: a first substrate (2) which comprises a thin film transistor element (11); a heat dissipation film (3) which overlaps with the thin film transistor element; a first alignment film (4); a liquid crystal layer (5); and a second substrate (7). The heat dissipation film contains a liquid crystalline polymer, which is a polymer of a liquid crystalline monomer, and inorganic fine particles (20); the liquid crystalline polymer is aligned in the in-plane direction of the heat dissipation film; and the liquid crystalline monomer is preferably represented by a specific chemical formula.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’affichage à cristaux liquides dans lequel une transition de phase d’une couche de cristaux liquides est inhibée pendant le temps durant lequel le dispositif d’affichage à cristaux liquides est excité. Un dispositif d’affichage à cristaux liquides selon la présente invention est séquentiellement pourvu de : un premier substrat (2) qui comprend un élément de transistor à couche mince (11) ; un film de dissipation de chaleur (3) qui chevauche l’élément de transistor à couche mince ; un premier film d’alignement (4) ; une couche de cristaux liquides (5) ; et un deuxième substrat (7). Le film de dissipation de chaleur contient un polymère cristallin liquide, qui est un polymère d’un monomère cristallin liquide, et des particules inorganiques fines (20) ; le polymère cristallin liquide est aligné dans la direction dans le plan du film de dissipation de chaleur ; et le monomère cristallin liquide est, de préférence, représenté par une formule chimique spécifique.
(JA) 本発明は、駆動中の液晶層の相転移が防止される液晶表示装置を提供する。本発明の液晶表示装置は、薄膜トランジスタ素子(11)を有する第一の基板(2)と、上記薄膜トランジスタ素子と重畳する放熱膜(3)と、第一の配向膜(4)と、液晶層(5)と、第二の基板(7)とを順に備え、上記放熱膜は、液晶性モノマーの重合体である液晶性ポリマーと、無機微粒子(20)とを含有し、上記液晶性ポリマーは、上記放熱膜の面内方向に配向し、好ましくは、上記液晶性モノマーは、所定の化学式で表される。
