Abstract:
(EN) This TFT module 101 comprises: a substrate; a plurality of TFTs (10); a plurality of gate bus lines (GL); a plurality of source bus lines (SL); a plurality of unit electrodes (UE) which are connected to corresponding source bus lines via the TFTs; a gate driver (GD) which supplies scanning signals through first ends of the plurality of gate bus lines and a source driver (SD) which supplies data signals through first ends of the plurality of source bus lines, said gate driver and source driver being provided in a second region (R2) that surrounds a first region where the plurality of unit electrodes (UE) are arranged; a plurality of current sensing circuits (SC) which are arranged in the second region; and a plurality of feedback lines (FBL). Each one of the feedback lines is connected to a corresponding current sensing circuit and a second end of a corresponding source bus line or gate bus line, said second end being on the opposite side of the first end.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module TFT 101 comprenant : un substrat; une pluralité de TFT (10); une pluralité de lignes de bus de grille (GL); une pluralité de lignes de bus de source (SL); une pluralité d'électrodes unitaires (UE) qui sont connectées à des lignes de bus de source correspondantes par l'intermédiaire des TFT; un pilote de grille (GD) qui fournit des signaux de balayage à travers des premières extrémités de la pluralité de lignes de bus de grille et un pilote de source (SD) qui fournit des signaux de données par l'intermédiaire de premières extrémités de la pluralité de lignes de bus de source, ledit pilote de grille et le pilote de source étant disposés dans une seconde région (R2) qui entoure une première région où la pluralité d'électrodes unitaires (UE) sont agencés; une pluralité de circuits de détection de courant (SC) qui sont agencés dans la seconde région; et une pluralité de lignes de rétroaction (FBL). Chacune des lignes de rétroaction est connectée à un circuit de détection de courant correspondant et à une seconde extrémité d'une ligne de bus de source ou d'une ligne de bus de grille correspondante, ladite seconde extrémité étant sur le côté opposé de la première extrémité.
