Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an optical device capable of suppressing variations in the range for scanning light. This optical device (1) comprises: a light source (2) that emits a laser beam; an MEMS mirror (7) that scans the laser beam toward a predetermined range; and a diffraction grating (5) that guides the laser beam to the MEMS mirror (7) by guiding the laser beam in a direction corresponding to the wavelength thereof. The optical device also comprises an MEMS control means (13) that performs control such that, by employing a change in the optical path of the laser beam caused through the diffraction grating (5) by a change in the wavelength of the laser beam, variations in the scanning range of the laser beam by the MEMS mirror (7) are suppressed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif optique capable de supprimer les variations de la plage de lumière de balayage. Ce dispositif optique (1) comprend : une source lumineuse (2) qui émet un faisceau laser ; un miroir de MEMS (7) qui balaye le faisceau laser vers une plage prédéterminée ; et un réseau de diffraction (5) qui guide le faisceau laser vers le miroir de MEMS (7) en guidant le faisceau laser dans une direction correspondant à sa longueur d'onde. Le dispositif optique comprend également un moyen de commande du MEMS (13) qui effectue une commande de telle sorte que, en utilisant un changement du trajet optique du faisceau laser provoqué par le réseau de diffraction (5) par un changement de la longueur d'onde du faisceau laser, les variations de plage de balayage du faisceau laser par le miroir MEMS (7) sont supprimées.
(JA) 光の走査範囲の変動を抑制することができる光学装置を提供する。光学装置(1)は、レーザ光を出射する光源(2)と、レーザ光を所定の範囲に向けて走査させるMEMSミラー(7)と、レーザ光を波長に応じた方向に導くことで、レーザ光をMEMSミラー(7)に導く回折格子(5)と、を有している。さらに、レーザ光の波長の変化により生じる回折格子(5)を介したレーザ光の光路変化によって、MEMSミラー(7)によるレーザ光の走査範囲の変動を抑制するように制御を行うMEMS制御手段(13)を有している。
