Abstract:
(EN) This hot-melt composition contains, per (A) 100 parts by mass of a hydrogenated styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer having a styrene-based polymer block at both ends thereof and a hydrogenated diene polymer block at a middle portion thereof, and having a mass-average molecular weight of 250,000-600,000, (B) 20-150 parts by mass of a first styrene-based tackifying resin having a softening point of 135-160ºC, (C) 100-400 parts by mass of a second styrene-based tackifying resin having a softening point of 105-135ºC, (D) 100-500 parts by mass of a third tackifying resin for the hydrogenated diene polymer block and having a softening point of 100-160ºC, and (E) 500-1,500 parts by mass of a liquid softener. The hot-melt composition has excellent adhesiveness and dismantlability, and is a material suitable as a sealing material for an illumination device for a car, etc.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition thermofusible contenant, pour (A) 100 parties en masse d’un élastomère thermoplastique à base de styrène hydrogéné ayant une séquence polymère à base de styrène à ses deux extrémités et une séquence polymère diène hydrogéné à sa partie médiane, et ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en masse de 250 000 à 600 000, (B) de 20 à 150 parties en masse d’une première résine donnant du collant à base de styrène ayant un point de ramollissement de 135 à 160 °C, (C) de 100 à 400 parties en masse d’une seconde résine donnant du collant à base de styrène ayant un point de ramollissement de 105 à 135 °C, (D) de 100 à 500 parties en masse d’une troisième résine donnant du collant pour la séquence polymère diène hydrogéné et ayant un point de ramollissement de 100 à 160 °C, et (E) de 500 à 1 500 parties en masse d’un agent ramollissant liquide. La composition thermofusible présente une excellente adhésivité et aptitude au démontage, et est un matériau convenant comme matériau d’étanchéité pour un dispositif d’éclairage d’automobile, etc.
(JA) (A)両末端にスチレン系ポリマーブロックおよび中間部に水素化ジエンポリマーブロックを有する、質量平均分子量25万~60万の水添スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー100質量部当たり、(B)軟化点135~160℃第一のスチレン系粘着付与樹脂20~150質量部、(C)軟化点105~135℃の第二のスチレン系粘着付与樹脂100~400質量部、(D)軟化点100~160℃の水素化ジエンポリマーブロック用の第三の粘着付与樹脂100~500質量部および(E)液状軟化剤500~1,500質量部を含むホットメルト組成物は、密着性および易解体性に優れており、自動車等の照明器具用のシール材として好適な材料である。
