Abstract:
(EN) A production method for a 2,3-bisphosphinopyrazine derivative, characterized by including a first step, in which a base is added to and reacted with a liquid containing a 2,3-dihalogenopyrazine represented by general formula (1), a hydrogen-phosphine borane compound represented by general formula (2), and an agent for borane elimination to obtain a 2,3-bisphosphinopyrazine derivative represented by general formula (3). The present invention can provide an industrially advantageous method for producing the 2,3-bisphosphinopyrazine derivative.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un dérivé de 2,3-bisphosphinopyrazine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une première étape, dans laquelle une base est ajoutée à, et mise à réagir avec un liquide contenant une 2,3-dihalogénopyrazine représentée par la formule générale (1), un composé d'hydrogène-phosphine borane représenté par la formule générale (2), et un agent d'élimination du borane pour obtenir un dérivé de 2,3-bisphosphinopyrazine représenté par la formule générale (3). La présente invention permet de fournir un procédé avantageux sur le plan industriel pour produire le dérivé de 2,3-bisphosphinopyrazine.
(JA) 下記一般式(1):で表される2,3-ジハロゲノピラジンと、下記一般式(2):で表される水素-ホスフィンボラン化合物と、脱ボラン化剤と、を含む液に、塩基を添加して反応を行い、下記一般式(3):で表される2,3-ビスホスフィノピラジン誘導体を得る第一工程を、有することを特徴とする2,3-ビスホスフィノピラジン誘導体の製造方法。本発明によれば、工業的に有利な2,3-ビスホスフィノピラジン誘導体の製造方法を提供することができる。
