Abstract:
(EN) A powder magnetic core comprises: a powder compact containing a soft magnetic powder; and an insulating resin coating film that covers a portion of the surface of the powder compact, wherein the ratio of the area of the insulating resin coating film with respect to the surface area of the powder compact is 85% or less, and the maximum depth of the recesses and projections of the insulating resin coating film surface is 20 µm or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un noyau magnétique en poudre qui comprend : un comprimé de poudre contenant une poudre magnétique douce ; et un film de revêtement de résine isolante qui recouvre une partie de la surface du comprimé de poudre, le rapport entre la surface du film de revêtement de résine isolante et la surface du comprimé de poudre étant inférieur ou égal à 85 %, et la profondeur maximale des évidements et des saillies de la surface de film de revêtement de résine isolante étant inférieure ou égale à 20 µm.
