Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for diagnosing canine pregnancy and a diagnostic reagent therefor. More specifically, the present invention pertains to a method for diagnosing canine pregnancy, said method comprising a step for immunologically assaying a canine acute phase protein in a biological sample with the use of an anti-canine acute phase protein antibody or a fragment thereof, wherein the canine acute phase protein is not a canine C-reactive protein.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir un procédé de diagnostic de gestation pour chienne et un réactif de diagnostic. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic de gestation pour chienne qui inclut une étape au cours de laquelle une protéine de phase aiguë de chienne se trouvant dans un échantillon biologique est mesurée d'un point de vue immunologique au moyen d'un anticorps anti-protéine de phase aiguë de chienne, ou d'un fragment de celui-ci, ladite protéine de phase aiguë de chienne n'étant pas une protéine réactive C de chienne.
(JA) 本発明は、イヌの妊娠診断方法及びその診断試薬を提供することを目的とし、具体的には、抗イヌ急性相タンパク質抗体又はそのフラグメントを使用して、生物学的サンプルにおけるイヌ急性相タンパク質を免疫学的に測定する工程を含む、イヌの妊娠診断方法であって、前記イヌ急性相タンパク質はイヌC反応性タンパクではない、前記方法に関する。
