Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide an epoxy resin composition capable of forming a cured object which has sufficient flexibility and is inhibited from warping or cracking. [Solution] An epoxy resin composition which comprises a copolymer (A) and an epoxy resin (B), wherein the copolymer (A) is a copolymer of monomer ingredients comprising a mono- or disubstituted ethylenic monomer (a1) in which the one or two substituents have a length less than 6 Å, a mono- or disubstituted ethylenic monomer (a2) which has at least one substituent (which is not an epoxidized substituent) having a length of 6 Å or greater, a mono- or disubstituted ethylenic monomer (a3) which has at least one epoxidized substituent having a length of 8 Å or greater, the amounts of (a1), (a2), and (a3) being 5-40 mass%, 35-90 mass%, and 1-60 mass%, respectively, of all of the monomer ingredients, the amount of which is taken as 100 mass%, the copolymer (A) having an Mw of 0.6×104 to 10×104 and a Tg of -150 to 0°C.
(FR) L'invention aborde le problème consistant à fournir une composition de résine époxy susceptible de former un objet durci présentant une souplesse suffisante, avec inhibition du gauchissement ou de la fissuration. Ledit problème est résolu par une composition de résine époxy qui comprend un copolymère (A) et une résine époxy (B), le copolymère (A) étant un copolymère d'ingrédients monomères comprenant un monomère éthylénique mono- ou disubstitué (a1) dans lequel le substituant ou les deux substituants ont une longueur inférieure à 6 Å, un monomère éthylénique mono- ou disubstitué (a2) qui possède au moins un substituant (qui n'est pas un substituant époxydé) ayant une longueur de 6 Å ou plus, un monomère éthylénique mono- ou disubstitué (a3) qui possède au moins un substituant époxydé ayant une longueur de 8 Å ou plus, les quantités de (a1), de (a2) et de (a3) étant respectivement de 5 à 40 % en masse, de 35 à 90 % en masse et de 1 à 60 % en masse par rapport à la totalité des ingrédients monomères, laquelle est prise égale à 100 % en masse, le copolymère (A) ayant une Mw de 0,6×104 à 10×104 et une Tg de -150 to 0°C.
