Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a novel technique whereby a lingering sticky feeling in the aftertaste of a beverage containing a high sweetness sweetener can be reduced. [Solution] A beverage containing a high sweetness sweetener and a sugar alcohol, wherein the content of the sugar alcohol is 0.1-2.0 mass% relative to the beverage and the penetrance of the sugar alcohol contained in the beverage is less than 99.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une nouvelle technique, moyennant quoi il est possible de réduire une sensation collante persistante dans l'arrière-goût d'une boisson contenant un édulcorant à sucrosité élevée. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une boisson contenant un édulcorant à sucrosité élevée et un alcool de sucre, la teneur en alcool de sucre étant de 0,1 à 2,0 % en masse par rapport à la boisson et la pénétrance de l'alcool de sucre contenu dans la boisson étant inférieure à 99.
