Abstract:
(EN) The present invention enables easily applying a prevailing torque to an adjustment bolt without complicated adjustment work. The present invention is provided with: a cylindrical pipe (6) that is fitted to the outside of a screw shaft (2a) of an adjustment bolt (2); and a nut (7) that has a screw hole into which the screw shaft (2a) is screwed. The present invention is configured such that: the bottom surface of the nut (7) is provided with a recess (7a) into which the upper end section of the cylindrical pipe (6) is fitted; the inner circumferential surface of the recess (7a) is a tapered surface with the diameter thereof decreased toward the deep end side, and the center axis of the tapered surface is slightly eccentric with respect to the center axis of the screw hole; by fastening the nut (7) screwed onto the screw shaft (2a) with respect to the cylindrical pipe (6), a part of the eccentric tapered surface in the circumferential direction is brought into pressure contact with the upper end section of the cylindrical pipe (6), and the center axis (Q) of the screw hole of the nut (7) is made eccentric and/or inclined with respect to the center axis (O) of the screw shaft (2a); and, as a result, a prevailing torque corresponding to a fastening amount of the nut (7) is generated in the adjustment bolt (2).
(FR) La présente invention permet d'appliquer facilement un couple dominant à un boulon de réglage sans travail de réglage compliqué. La présente invention comporte: un tuyau cylindrique (6) qui est monté à l'extérieur d'un arbre à vis (2a) d'un boulon de réglage (2); et un écrou (7) qui comporte un trou de vis dans lequel l'arbre à vis (2a) est vissé. La présente invention est configurée de telle sorte que: la surface inférieure de l'écrou (7) est pourvue d'un évidement (7a) dans lequel la section d'extrémité supérieure du tuyau cylindrique (6) est montée; la surface circonférentielle interne de l'évidement (7a) est une surface conique dont le diamètre diminue vers le côté d'extrémité profonde, et l'axe central de la surface conique est légèrement excentrique par rapport à l'axe central du trou de vis; en fixant l'écrou (7) vissé sur l'arbre à vis (2a) par rapport au tuyau cylindrique (6), une partie de la surface conique excentrique dans la direction circonférentielle est mise en contact sous pression avec la section d'extrémité supérieure du tuyau cylindrique (6), et l'axe central (Q) du trou de vis de l'écrou (7) est excentré et/ou incliné par rapport à l'axe central (O) de l'arbre à vis (2a); et, en conséquence, un couple dominant correspondant à une valeur de fixation de l'écrou (7) est généré dans le boulon de réglage (2).
(JA) 調整作業を煩雑にすることなく調整ボルトにプリベリングトルクを簡単に付与できるようにする。 調整ボルト(2)のネジ軸(2a)に外嵌される筒管(6)と、ネジ軸(2a)が螺合するネジ孔を有するナット(7)とを備え、ナット(7)の底面には、筒管(6)の上端部が嵌まり込む凹部(7a)が設けられ、凹部(7a)の内周面は、奥側に至るにしたがって縮径するテーパー面であるとともに、該テーパー面の軸心はネジ孔の軸心に対して僅かに偏心されており、ネジ軸(2a)に螺着したナット(7)を筒管(6)に対して締め込むことにより偏心テーパー面の周方向一部を筒管(6)の上端部に圧接させてナット(7)のネジ孔の軸心(Q)をネジ軸(2a)の軸心(O)に対して偏心及び/又は傾斜させ、これによりナット(7)の締め込み量に応じたプリベリングトルクが調整ボルト(2)に生じるよう構成する。
