Abstract:
(EN) This power management device acquires information about power consumption in a power customer's building, and saves history information in which the acquired power consumption information and time information indicating a time zone during which power was consumed in the building are associated with each other. Upon receipt of a request relating to power supply and demand, the power management device determines, on the basis of the stored history information and power management required time zone information, the ease or difficulty of managing the power consumption in accordance with the request, and notifies a power customer of the determination result, said power management required time zone information indicating a time zone during which power management in accordance with the request is required. The power management device then receives the acceptance or rejection of the request, and transmits response information corresponding to the contents of reception to a requesting source.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de gestion d'énergie acquérant des informations concernant la consommation d'énergie dans un bâtiment d'un consommateur d'énergie et sauvegardant des informations d'historique dans lesquelles les informations de consommation d'énergie acquises et les informations de temps indiquant une tranche horaire pendant laquelle l'énergie a été consommée dans le bâtiment sont associées les unes aux autres. Lors de la réception d'une requête concernant l'alimentation en énergie et la demande d'énergie, le dispositif de gestion d'énergie détermine, sur la base des informations d'historique stockées et des informations requises concernant la tranche horaire de gestion d'énergie, la facilité ou la difficulté de gestion de la consommation d'énergie en fonction de la requête, et informe un consommateur d'énergie du résultat de détermination, lesdites informations requises concernant la tranche horaire de gestion d'énergie indiquent une tranche horaire pendant laquelle la gestion d'énergie est requise en fonction de la requête. Le dispositif de gestion d'énergie reçoit ensuite l'acceptation ou le rejet de la requête et transmet des informations de réponse correspondant aux contenus de réception à une source demandeuse.
(JA) 電力管理装置は、電力需要家の建物における消費電力情報を取得し、取得した消費電力情報及び建物で電力が消費された時間帯を示す時間情報を対応付けた履歴情報を記憶する。電力管理装置は、電力需給に係る要請を受信した場合、記憶した履歴情報及び要請に従った電力管理を要する時間帯を示す要電力管理時間帯情報に基づいて、要請に従った消費電力の管理の難易を判定し、判定結果を電力需要家に通知する。そして、電力管理装置は、要請の承諾又は拒否を受け付け、受け付け内容に応じた応答情報を要請元へ送信する。
