Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is provided with: a power semiconductor module that has a plurality of switching elements and that constitutes a power conversion circuit; a filter capacitor that smooths a DC voltage applied to the power conversion circuit; and one or more gate drive devices that transmit, to the plurality of switching elements, control signals for controlling switching operations of the plurality of switching elements. The power semiconductor module, the filter capacitor, and the one or more gate drive devices are disposed in a common housing. The one or more gate drive devices are disposed perpendicular to the ground surface, in an area of the housing on the lower side in the gravity direction.
(FR) La présente invention comprend : un module semi-conducteur de puissance qui comporte une pluralité d'éléments de commutation et constitue un circuit de conversion de puissance ; un condensateur de filtrage qui lisse une tension continue appliquée au circuit de conversion de puissance ; et un ou plusieurs dispositif(s) de commande de grille qui transmettent à la pluralité des éléments de commutation des signaux de commande pour commander des opérations de commutation de la pluralité des éléments de commutation. Le module semi-conducteur de puissance, le condensateur de filtrage et le(s) dispositif(s) de commande de grille sont installés dans un boîtier commun. Le(s) dispositif(s) de commande de grille sont placés perpendiculairement à la surface du sol, dans une zone du boîtier se situant sur le côté inférieur dans la direction de la gravité.
