Abstract:
(EN) In order to suitably measure reception quality, this user terminal is characterized by being provided with a receiving unit which receives a prescribed signal in one or more synchronization signal blocks, and a measurement unit which measures a first received power of the prescribed signal, and a second received power in radio resources associated with the aforementioned one or more synchronization signal blocks, wherein the measurement unit derives reception quality of a cell on the basis of the first received power and the second received power.
(FR) L'invention concerne un terminal d'utilisateur qui, pour mesurer de manière appropriée une qualité de réception, comprend : une unité de réception qui reçoit un signal prescrit dans un ou plusieurs blocs de signal de synchronisation ; et une unité de mesure qui mesure une première puissance reçue du signal prescrit, et une seconde puissance reçue dans des ressources radio associées au ou aux blocs de signal de synchronisation susmentionnés, l'unité de mesure calculant la qualité de réception d'une cellule sur la base de la première puissance reçue et de la seconde puissance reçue.
