Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a composite material molding jig and a composite material molding method with which installation is facilitated and manufacturing cost can be reduced. To this end, the composite material molding jig comprises: first members (21a and 21b) that are made of material having a thermal expansion coefficient equivalent to that of a stringer (12), that have a space (S) formed on an inner side thereof for shaping the stringer (12), and that have an outer-side surface flatly formed in a longitudinal direction; and second members (22a and 22b) that are made of material lighter than that of the first members (21a and 21b), that have a space formed on an inner side thereof having a shape for accommodating the first members (21a and 21b), and that have an inner-side surface flatly formed in a longitudinal direction. When the stringer (12) is molded on a skin (11), a fiber base material is arranged in the space (S) on the inner side of the first members (21a and 21b), and the first members (21a and 21b) are arranged in the space on the inner side of the second members (22a and 22b).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un gabarit de moulage de matériau composite et un procédé de moulage de matériau composite avec lesquels l'installation est facilitée et le coût de fabrication peut être réduit. À cet effet, le gabarit de moulage de matériau composite comprend : des premiers éléments (21a et 21b) qui sont constitués d'un matériau ayant un coefficient de dilatation thermique équivalent à celui d'un limon (12), qui ont un espace (S) formé sur un côté interne pour former le limon (12), et qui ont une surface côté externe formée à plat dans une direction longitudinale; et des seconds éléments (22a et 22b) qui sont constitués d'un matériau plus léger que celui des premiers éléments (21a et 21b), qui ont un espace formé sur un côté interne ayant une forme pour recevoir les premiers éléments (21a et 21b), et qui ont une surface côté interne formée à plat dans une direction longitudinale. Lorsque le limon (12) est moulé sur une enveloppe (11), un matériau de base de fibre est disposé dans l'espace (S) sur le côté interne des premiers éléments (21a et 21b), et les premiers éléments (21a et 21b) sont agencés dans l'espace sur le côté interne des seconds éléments (22a et 22b).
(JA) 設置が簡易になり、製造コストを削減することができる複合材成形治具及び複合材成形方法を提供する。そのため、ストリンガ(12)と同等の熱膨張率の材料からなり、内側にストリンガ(12)の型となる空間(S)が形成され、外側の表面が長手方向に平坦に形成された第1部材(21a、21b)と、第1部材(21a、21b)より軽量な材料からなり、内側に第1部材(21a、21b)を収容する形状の空間が形成されると共に当該内側の表面が長手方向に平坦に形成された第2部材(22a、22b)とを有し、スキン(11)上にストリンガ(12)を成形する際には、繊維基材を第1部材(21a、21b)の内側の空間(S)に配置し、第1部材(21a、21b)を第2部材(22a、22b)の内側の空間に配置する。
