Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is: to provide an ozone gas usage system that allows the system configuration to be made compact; and to allow an environmental load to be reduced. The present invention is provided with an application device (200) that is small-scale and that executes ozone usage processing and is provided with an ozone generation device (100) that generates an ozone gas (62). The ozone generation device (100) includes: a load-resonant high-frequency step-up transformer (13) that can obtain a stepped-up high-frequency voltage (72); and an ozone gas generator (11) that receives the stepped-up high-frequency voltage (72) as an operating voltage and generates the ozone gas (62) with an ozone concentration of at least 200 g/m3 from a raw gas that includes oxygen gas. The application device (200) receives the ozone gas (62) in environment with a pressure of at least 0.2 MPa.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir un système d'utilisation de gaz d'ozone qui permet de réaliser une configuration compacte du système, et de réduire une charge environnementale. L'invention comprend un dispositif d'application (200) de petite taille qui effectue un traitement d'utilisation d'ozone et comprend un dispositif de génération d'ozone (100) générant un gaz d'ozone (62). Le dispositif de génération d'ozone (100) comprend : un transformateur élévateur de tension haute fréquence à charge résonante (13) qui peut atteindre une tension élevée haute fréquence (72); et un générateur de gaz d'ozone (11) qui reçoit la tension élevée haute fréquence (72) comme tension de fonctionnement et génère le gaz d'ozone (62) avec une concentration d'ozone d'au moins 200 g/m3 à partir d'un gaz brut contenant du gaz oxygène. Le dispositif d'application (200) reçoit le gaz d'ozone (62) dans l'environnement avec une pression d'au moins 0,2 MPa.
(JA) 本発明は、システム構成の小型化が図れるオゾンガス利用システムを提供することと環境負荷の低減を図ることを目的とする。そして、本発明は、オゾンガス(62)を生成するオゾン発生装置(100)を備えたオゾン利用処理を実行する小規模なアプリケーション装置(200)を備えている。オゾン発生装置(100)は、昇圧高周波電圧(72)を得る負荷共振型高周波昇圧トランス(13)と、昇圧高周波電圧(72)を動作電圧として受け、酸素ガスを含む原料ガスから、200g/m以上のオゾン濃度のオゾンガス(62)を生成するオゾンガス発生器(11)とを含んでいる。アプリケーション装置(200)は、0.2MPa以上の圧力環境下でオゾンガス(62)を受ける。
