Abstract:
(EN) This three-dimensional layering modeling apparatus selectively solidifies a powder bed, which is formed by spreading a powder over a base plate, by irradiating the powder bed with a beam. The shape or temperature of the powder bed surface or modeling surface is detected by a sensor, and, on the basis of the detection results, defects in the spreading of the powder or the beam irradiation are corrected before modeling of the next layer is completed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de modélisation de stratification tridimensionnelle destiné à solidifier de façon sélective un lit de poudre formé par étalement d'une poudre sur une plaque de base, par irradiation du lit de poudre au moyen d'un faisceau. La forme ou la température de la surface de lit de poudre ou de la surface de modélisation est détectée par un capteur et, en fonction des résultats de détection, des défauts d'étalement de la poudre ou de l'irradiation par le faisceau sont corrigés avant la fin de la modélisation de la couche suivante.
(JA) 三次元積層造形装置は、ベースプレート上に粉末を敷設して形成されたパウダーベッドにビームを照射することで、パウダーベッドを選択的に固化する。パウダーベッドの表面又は造形面の形状又は温度がセンサによって検知され、その検出結果に基づいて、粉末の敷設の不具合、または、ビームの照射の不具合を次層の造形完了前に修正するように構成される。
