Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a shaping defect detection system for a three-dimensional lamination-shaping device for performing lamination shaping by radiating laser light to a powder bed. In this system, a candidate position for a shaping defect is specified on the basis of the amount of variation in a localized temperature measured in a laser-light-irradiated part of the powder bed. The cooling rate in the candidate position is calculated on the basis of a temperature distribution, and a determination is made as to whether a shaping defect is present on the basis of the cooling rate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de détection de défauts de mise en forme pour un dispositif de mise en forme par stratification tridimensionnelle, permettant de réaliser une mise en forme par stratification, par rayonnement d'une lumière laser sur un lit de poudre. Dans ce système, un emplacement candidat pour un défaut de mise en forme est déterminé en fonction de la quantité de variation d'une température localisée, mesurée dans une partie du lit de poudre irradiée par la lumière laser. La vitesse de refroidissement à l'emplacement candidat est calculée en fonction d'une répartition de température, et la présence ou l'absence d'un défaut de mise en forme est déterminée en fonction de la vitesse de refroidissement.
(JA) 本願は、パウダーベッドにレーザ光を照射して積層造形する三次元積層造形装置の造形欠陥検出システムに関する。本システムは、パウダーベッドにおけるレーザ光の被照射部で計測された局所温度の変化量に基づいて、造形欠陥の候補位置を特定する。そして、候補位置における冷却速度を温度分布に基づいて算出し、当該冷却速度に基づいて造形欠陥が存在するか否かを判断する。
