Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a fabrication abnormality detection system for a three-dimensional additive manufacturing device that irradiates a powder bed with beams for additive manufacturing. The fabrication abnormality detection system determines that the powder bed is abnormally laid when at least one of a first condition and a second condition is satisfied on the basis of results of measurement of the surface shape of the powder bed, the first condition being such that the average height of the powder bed with respect to a reference position of the powder bed deviates from a first defined range and the second condition being such that a variation in height of the powder bed deviates from a second defined range.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de détection d'anomalie de fabrication pour un dispositif de fabrication additive en trois dimensions qui irradie un lit de poudre avec des faisceaux pour la fabrication additive. Le système de détection d'anomalie de fabrication détermine que le lit de poudre est disposé de manière anormale lorsqu'au moins une condition parmi une première condition et une seconde condition est satisfaite sur la base des résultats de mesure de la forme de surface du lit de poudre, la première condition étant telle que la hauteur moyenne du lit de poudre par rapport à une position de référence du lit de poudre s'écarte d'une première plage définie et la seconde condition étant telle qu'une variation de hauteur du lit de poudre s'écarte d'une seconde plage définie.
(JA) パウダーベッドにビームを照射して積層造形する三次元積層造形装置の施工異常検出システムであって、パウダーベッドの表面形状の測定結果に基づいて、パウダーベッドの基準位置に対する平均高さが第1規定範囲から逸脱する第1条件と、パウダーベッドの高さのばらつきが第2規定範囲から逸脱する第2条件と、の少なくとも一方を満たす場合に、パウダーベッドの敷設異常が発生したと判定する。
