Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide: a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent fire resistance and flexibility, and good heat resistance and gasoline resistance without a post-crosslinking treatment; and a wire using the same as a coating material, in particular, a heat-resistant wire for vehicles. [Solution] This thermoplastic resin composition comprises: (A) a thermoplastic polymer comprising (a1) 5 mass% to less than 50 mass% of a propylene polymer having a melting point of 150°C or higher, (a2) 10 mass% to less than 60 mass% of an ethylene polymer, (a3) 5 mass% to less than 50 mass% of, for example, a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound, and (a4) 1 mass% to less than 30 mass% of, for example, an unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified olefin polymer; (B) a softener for nonaromatic rubbers; (C) a metal hydrate; (D) an organic peroxide; (E) an antioxidant; and (F) a coupling agent.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir : une composition de résine thermoplastique ayant une excellente résistance au feu et une excellente flexibilité, et une bonne résistance à la chaleur et une bonne résistance à l'essence sans traitement post-réticulation ; et un fil l'utilisant comme matériau de revêtement, en particulier, un fil résistant à la chaleur pour véhicules. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une composition de résine thermoplastique qui comprend : (A) un polymère thermoplastique comprenant (a1) de 5 % en masse à moins de 50 % en masse d'un polymère de propylène ayant un point de fusion de 150 °C ou plus, (a2) de 10 % en masse à moins de 60 % en masse d'un polymère d'éthylène, (a3) de 5 % en masse à moins de 50 % en masse, par exemple, d'un produit hydrogéné d'un copolymère séquencé d'un composé vinylique aromatique et d'un composé diène conjugué, et (a4) de 1 % en masse à moins de 30 % en masse, par exemple, d'un polymère d'oléfine modifié par un acide carboxylique insaturé ; (B) un plastifiant pour caoutchoucs non aromatiques ; (C) un hydrate métallique ; (D) un peroxyde organique ; (E) un antioxydant ; et (F) un agent de couplage.
(JA) 【課題】 難燃性及び柔軟性に優れ、後架橋処理をしなくても耐熱性及び耐ガソリン性の良好な熱可塑性樹脂組成物、及びこれを被覆材料として用いた電線、特に車両用の耐熱電線を提供すること。 【手段】 (a1)融点が150℃以上のプロピレン系重合体5質量%以上、50質量%未満;(a2)エチレン系重合体 10質量%以上、60質量%未満;(a3)芳香族ビニル化合物と共役ジエン化合物とのブロック共重合体の水素添加物等5質量%以上、50質量%未満;及び(a4)不飽和カルボン酸変性オレフィン系重合体等1質量%以上、30質量%未満;からなる(A)熱可塑性重合体、(B)非芳香族系ゴム用軟化剤、(C)金属水和物、(D)有機過酸化物、(E)酸化防止剤、及び(F)カップリング剤を含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
