Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a building simulator and a building simulation method which are capable of suitably simulating buildings having different purposes, and with which it is possible to evaluate the degree of influence of an elevator facility on users and also evaluate trajectories of movement of users. A building simulator 1 is provided with a simulation unit 10 which evaluates at least the layout of a building to be configured, by assuming that there are changes in trajectories of movement of users that move around within the building, and on the basis of: elevator information that includes building specifications including at least the layout of the building, and that also includes at least specifications of an elevator facility to be set; and user information including at least attribute information about users that use various facilities located in the building.
(FR) L'invention concerne un simulateur de bâtiment et un procédé de simulation de bâtiment permettant de simuler de manière appropriée des bâtiments ayant des finalités différentes, et grâce auxquels il est possible d'évaluer le degré d'influence d'une installation d'ascenseur sur des utilisateurs et d'évaluer également des trajectoires de déplacement d'utilisateurs. Un simulateur de bâtiment (1) comprend une unité de simulation (10) qui évalue au moins la disposition d'un bâtiment à configurer, en supposant qu'il existe des changements de trajectoires de déplacement d'utilisateurs qui se déplacent à l'intérieur du bâtiment, et en fonction : d'informations d'ascenseur comprenant des spécifications de bâtiment comprenant au moins la disposition du bâtiment, et comprenant également au moins des spécifications d'une installation d'ascenseur à définir; et d'informations d'utilisateur comprenant au moins des informations d'attribut concernant des utilisateurs qui utilisent diverses installations situées dans le bâtiment.
(JA) エレベーター設備による利用者への影響度の評価並びに利用者の動線に関する評価を可能とし、各種用途のビルを好適にシミュレーション可能なビルシミュレーター及びビルシミュレーション方法を提供する。ビルシミュレーター1は、設定されるビル内の少なくともレイアウトを含むビル仕様と、設定されるエレベーター設備の少なくとも仕様を含むエレベーター情報と、ビル内に設置される各種設備を利用する利用者の少なくとも属性情報を含む利用者情報と、に基づき、ビル内を移動する利用者の動線が変化する条件において、少なくともレイアウトを評価するシミュレーション10部を備える。
