Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a spray lubrication system of sheets provided with electronically adjustable frequency spraying valves. Said valves are grouped into modules including four valves each, housed at two spraying heads, one lower and one upper. The lubrication system comprises three motorized rolls on which a sheet to be lubricated can be placed to make it transit between the spraying heads. Said sheet, when placed on the rolls, can be clamped between them and a plurality of contrast wheels housed on two radial expansion pneumatic shafts, also motorized. Said clamping prevents involuntary movements of the sheet during its transit between the spraying heads. The radial expandability of motorized shafts makes it possible to position the contrast wheels appropriately as a function of the shape of the sheet to be lubricated. The system which is the object of the invention also comprises multiple sensors for monitoring and adjusting the temperature of the sprayed lubricant. A first group of motion sensors for detecting whether the aforesaid sheet passes at each spraying valve or not further present in front of the lower spraying head. By virtue of said first group of sensors, the system which is the object of the invention can self-learn the shape of the sheet to be lubricated. A second group of motion sensors is installed at both spraying heads to detect whether a lubricant spraying is present or not at each valve. By virtue of a second group of sensors, the system which is the object of the invention can diagnose a malfunction whenever a discrepancy is found between the spraying frequency controlled to a valve and whether a spraying is present or not at each valve. The upper spraying head is housed in a box for aspirating the oil mists which are generated by the lubrication system during the work cycle.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de lubrification par pulvérisation de feuilles comportant des vannes de pulvérisation à fréquence électroniquement réglable. Lesdites vannes sont regroupées en modules comprenant quatre vannes, chacune étant logée au niveau de deux têtes de pulvérisation, une inférieure et une supérieure. Le système de lubrification comprend trois rouleaux motorisés sur lesquels une feuille à lubrifier peut être placée pour la faire passer entre les têtes de pulvérisation. Ladite feuille, lorsqu'elle est placée sur les rouleaux, peut être serrée entre eux et une pluralité de roues de contraste logées sur deux arbres pneumatiques à expansion radiale, également motorisés. Ce serrage empêche les mouvements involontaires de la feuille lors de son passage entre les têtes de pulvérisation. L'extensibilité radiale des arbres motorisés permet de positionner les roues de contraste de manière appropriée en fonction de la forme de la feuille à lubrifier. Le système qui est l'objet de l'invention comprend également de multiples capteurs pour surveiller et ajuster la température du lubrifiant pulvérisé. Un premier groupe de capteurs de mouvement pour détecter si la feuille mentionnée ci-dessus passe au niveau de chaque vanne de pulvérisation ou non est en outre présent devant la tête de pulvérisation inférieure. Grâce audit premier groupe de capteurs, le système qui est l'objet de l'invention peut auto-apprendre la forme de la feuille à lubrifier. Un second groupe de capteurs de mouvement est installé au niveau des deux têtes de pulvérisation pour détecter si une pulvérisation de lubrifiant est présente ou non au niveau de chaque vanne. Grâce à un second groupe de capteurs, le système qui est l'objet de l'invention peut diagnostiquer un dysfonctionnement lorsqu'une divergence est trouvée entre la fréquence de pulvérisation commandée à une vanne et si une pulvérisation est présente ou non au niveau de chaque vanne. La tête de pulvérisation supérieure est logée dans une boîte pour aspirer les brouillards d'huile qui sont générés par le système de lubrification pendant le cycle de travail.
