Abstract:
(EN) A technique relating to a battery structure is disclosed. A base substrate and a battery layer having a support substrate are prepared. The battery layer includes a protection layer formed on the support substrate, a film battery element formed on the protection layer and an insulator covering the film battery element. The battery layer is placed onto the base substrate with the bottom of the support substrate facing up. The support substrate is then removed from the battery layer at least in part by etching while protecting the film battery element by the protection layer. A stacked battery structure including the base substrate and the two or more battery layers is also disclosed.
(FR) L'invention concerne une technique associée à une structure de batterie. Un substrat de base et une couche de batterie ayant un substrat de support sont préparés. La couche de batterie comprend une couche de protection formée sur le substrat de support, un élément de batterie à film formé sur la couche de protection et un isolant recouvrant l'élément de batterie à film. La couche de batterie est placée sur le substrat de base, le fond du substrat de support étant tourné vers le haut. Le substrat de support est ensuite retiré de la couche de batterie au moins en partie par gravure tout en protégeant l'élément de batterie à film par la couche de protection. L'invention concerne également une structure de batterie empilée comprenant le substrat de base et les deux ou plus couches de batterie.
