Abstract:
(EN) Transport and storing system of tiles (1), comprising: a support structure of tiles (2), comprising a loading plane (21) for supporting a plurality of tiles (22); an automatically-guided vehicle (3) (AGV), which in turn comprises: a main body (31); a projecting frame (32) which extends from the main body (31); a pair of forks (33) which are flanked to the projecting frame (32) and which are vertically mobile so as to raise or lower the support structure of tiles (2). The support structure of tiles (2) and the automatically-guided vehicle (3) are configured in such a way that: at least a part of the projecting frame (32) can insert below the loading plane (21) of the support structure of tiles (2) when the support structure (2) is resting on a floor surface. The support structure of tiles (2) comprises a first centring seat (24) and a second centring seat (25) and the automatically-guided vehicle (3) further comprises a first raising element (34), a second raising element (35), a third raising element (36) and a fourth raising element (37). At least two from the first raising element (34), the second raising element (35), the third raising element (36) and the fourth raising element (37) are shaped as a first centring element (38) and a second centring element (39) which are couplable respectively to the first centring seating (24) and the second centring seating (25) of the support structure of tiles (2) for raising the support structure of tiles (2) from the floor surface for the centring of the support structure of tiles (2) with respect to the automatically-guided vehicle (3) during transport.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de transport et de stockage de carreaux (1), comprenant : une structure de support de carreaux (2) comportant un plan de chargement (21) destiné à soutenir une pluralité de carreaux (22); un véhicule à guidage automatique (3) (VGA) comprenant à son tour : un corps principal (31); un cadre saillant (32) s'étendant à partir du corps principal (31); une paire de fourches (33) flanquées sur le cadre saillant (32) et mobiles verticalement de sorte à soulever ou abaisser la structure de support de carreaux (2). La structure de support de carreaux (2) et le véhicule à guidage automatique (3) sont configurés de sorte que : au moins une partie du cadre saillant (32) puisse s'insérer en dessous du plan de chargement (21) de la structure de support de carreaux (2) lorsque celle-ci (2) repose sur une surface du sol. La structure de support de carreaux (2) comprend un premier siège de centrage (24) et un deuxième siège de centrage (25), et le véhicule à guidage automatique (3) comprend en outre un premier élément d'élévation (34), un deuxième élément d'élévation (35), un troisième élément d'élévation (36) et un quatrième élément d'élévation (37). Au moins deux éléments parmi le premier élément de levage (34), le deuxième élément de levage (35), le troisième élément de levage (36) et le quatrième élément de levage (37) présentent la forme d'un premier élément de centrage (38) et d'un deuxième élément de centrage (39) pouvant être couplés respectivement au premier siège de centrage (24) et au deuxième siège de centrage (25) de la structure de support de carreaux (2) pour soulever ladite structure (2) à partir de la surface du sol pour le centrage de la structure (2) par rapport au véhicule à guidage automatique (3) pendant le transport.
