(FR) UNITÉ DE COMMANDE D'UNE VANNE COMMANDÉE DE PRÉLÈVEMENT D'UN FLUX D'AIR DANS UN FLUX D'AIR SOUS PRESSION D'UN AÉRONEF
Abstract:
(EN) A system for regulating a thermal parameter (TM) associated with a heat exchange assembly (10) of a turbomachine (1), comprising: - at least one means (21) for measuring or for estimating said thermal parameter (TM); - a controlled valve (15) acting on the rate of flow of a fluid through said assembly (10); and - a regulator (22) comprising a comparator (32) determining the sign of an error signal (ε) relating to the difference (ε) between said thermal parameter (TM) and a setpoint (Tc). The regulator (22) further comprises: - a switch (33) that is configured, depending on said sign, to deliver, to a system (35) for controlling the valve (15), a maximum control current (Max) switching the valve (15) to a closed state or a minimum control current (Min) switching the valve (15) to an open state; and - a phase-shifter (24) that is configured to apply, to the error signal (ε), a determined phase lead according to an estimate of a time constant (τ) of the control system (35).
(FR) Un système de régulation d'une paramètre thermique (TM) associée à un ensemble d'échange thermique (10) d'une turbomachine (1), comprenant : - au moins un moyen de mesure (21) ou d'estimation dudit paramètre thermique (TM), - une vanne (15) commandée agissant sur le débit d'un fluide dans ledit ensemble (10), et - un régulateur (22) comprenant un comparateur (32) déterminant le signe d'un signal d'erreur (ε) relatif à la différence (ε) entre ledit paramètre thermique (TM) et une consigne (Tc). Le régulateur (22) comprend en outre : - un commutateur (33) configuré pour, en fonction dudit signe, délivrer, à un système de commande (35) de la vanne (15), un courant de commande maximum (Max) commutant la vanne (15) dans un état fermé ou un courant de commande minimum (Min) commutant la vanne (15) dans un état ouvert, et - un déphaseur (24) configuré pour appliquer sur le signal d'erreur (ε) une avance de phase déterminée en fonction d'une estimation d'une constante de temps (τ) du système de commande (35).
