Abstract:
(DE) Ein Verfahren zum Widerstands-Stumpfschweißen von Metallen, bei denen mindestens zwei Stumpfstöße (8, 16) aneinandergepresst werden und die Stumpfstöße (8, 16) anschließend derart vom Strom durchflössen werden können, dass die im Bereich der Stumpfstöße (8, 16) entstehende Widerstandswärme zumindest einen Anschmelzprozess hervorruft, soll so weitergebildet werden, dass weder aufwendige Vorbehandlungen noch Nachbehandlungen der Schweißnähte notwendig werden und dennoch eine platzsparende kostengünstige, Material sparende, feste, stoffschlüssige Verbindung entsteht. Dazu wird vorgeschlagen, dass vor dem Aneinanderpressen der Stumpfstöße (8, 16) ein Zusatzwerkstoff (17) zwischen den Stumpfstößen (8, 16) derart platziert wird, dass der Zusatzwerkstoff (17) beim Aneinanderpressen der Stumpfstöße (8, 16) zwischen den Stumpf stoßen (8, 16) eingeklemmt wird.
(EN) The aim of the invention is to develop a method for the resistance butt welding of metals, in the case of which metals at least two butt joint surfaces (8, 16) are pressed against each other and the current can subsequently flow through the butt joint surfaces (8, 16) in such a way that the resistance heat produced in the region of the butt joint surfaces (8, 16) causes at least a partial-melting process, in such a way that neither expensive pretreatments nor posttreatments of the weld seams are necessary and nevertheless a space-saving, economical, material-saving, strong, integral joint is produced. This aim is achieved, according to the invention, in that, before the butt joint surfaces (8, 16) are pressed against each other, a filler material (17) is placed between the butt joint surfaces (8, 16) in such a way that the filler material (17) is clamped between the butt joint surfaces (8, 16) when the butt joint surfaces (8, 16) are pressed against each other.
(FR) Procédé pour soudage bout à bout par résistance de métaux, dans lequel au moins deux bouts plats (8, 16) sont pressés l’un contre l’autre et les bouts plats (8, 16) peuvent ensuite être traversés par un courant de telle façon que la chaleur produite par la résistance dans la zone des bouts plats (8, 16) entraîne au moins un processus de fusion, qui doit être développé de telle façon que tant des traitements préalables couteux que des traitements ultérieurs de la soudure deviennent superflus tout en maintenant la création d’une liaison par accouplement de matière solide, économique en matériaux, rentable et peu encombrante.
