Abstract:
(EN) A component, such as a nickel alloy turbine disc, is disclosed. The component has a composition gradient through the component and comprises a first region having a first metal alloy composition and comprising a gamma prime phase; and a second region having a second metal alloy composition and comprising a gamma prime phase. The gamma prime solvus temperature of the second metal alloy composition is higher than the gamma prime solvus temperature of the first metal alloy composition; and the average grain size of the first metal alloy composition is larger than the average grain size of the second metal alloy composition. A method of manufacturing such a component from metal alloy powders is also disclosed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un composant, tel qu'un disque de turbine en alliage de nickel. Le composant présente un gradient de composition à travers le composant et comprend une première région ayant une première composition d'alliage métallique et comprenant une phase gamma prime ; et une seconde région ayant une seconde composition d'alliage métallique et comprenant une phase gamma prime. La température de solvus gamma prime de la seconde composition d'alliage métallique est supérieure à la température de solvus gamma prime de la première composition d'alliage métallique ; et la taille de grain moyenne de la première composition d'alliage métallique est supérieure à la taille de grain moyenne de la seconde composition d'alliage métallique. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel composant à partir de poudres d’alliage métallique.
