Abstract:
(EN) The present invention concerns a detection device comprising (a) a LiDAR sensing device; (b) a housing enclosing said LiDAR sensing device, and comprising at least one cover lens; characterized in that, at least a portion of the cover lens is made of at least one glass sheet having an absorption coefficient lower than 5 m-1 in the wavelength range from 750 to 1650nm, preferably in the range of 750 to 1050nm. The present invention further concerns the use of a cover lens made of at least one glass sheet having an absorption coefficient lower than 5 m-1 in the wavelength range comprised between 750 and 1650 nm, preferably in the range of 750 to 1050nm, to protect a LiDAR sensing device from external degradation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de protection comprenant (a) un dispositif de détection LiDAR ; (b) un logement renfermant ledit dispositif de détection LiDAR, et comprenant au moins une lentille de recouvrement ; caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de la lentille de recouvrement est constituée d'au moins une feuille de verre présentant un coefficient d'absorption inférieur à 5 m- 1 dans la plage de longueur d'onde de 750 à 1 650 nm, de préférence dans la plage de 750 à 1 050 nm. La présente invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'une lentille de recouvrement constituée d'au moins une feuille de verre présentant un coefficient d'absorption inférieur à 5 m-1 dans la plage de longueur d'onde comprise entre 750 et 1650 n, de préférence dans la plage de 750 à 1 050 nm, pour protéger un dispositif de détection LiDAR contre une dégradation externe.
