Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schlaucharmatur (1) für einen Hochdruckschlauch zum Anschließen des Hochdruckschlauchs an ein Anschlussteil (2), mit - einer einen Durchgangskanal (8) aufweisenden Nippelvorrichtung, die schlauchseitig einen in den Schlauch einsteckbaren Schlauchabschnitt (17) aufweist und die anschlussteilseitig einen Dichtabschnitt (6a) zur Einbringung in einen korrespondierenden Dichtabschnitt (6b) des Anschlussteils (2) aufweist, und - einem Schraubverbindungselement (3, 4) zur Herstellung einer Schraubverbindung mit dem Anschlussteil (2), welches über den Schlauchabschnitt (17) auf die Nippelvorrichtung aufgebracht ist und mit welchem der Dichtabschnitt (6a) der Nippelvorrichtung gegen das Anschlussteil (2) drückbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nippelvorrichtung mehrteilig ausgebildet ist und einen den Schlauchabschnitt (17) aufweisenden Nippel (7) und ein den Dichtabschnitt (6a) aufweisendes Steckelement (5) umfasst, wobei der Nippel (7) sowohl zu dem Steckelement (5) als auch zu dem Schraubverbindungselement (3, 4) drehbar angeordnet ist und wobei das Schraubverbindungselement (3, 4) eine axiale Relativbewegung des Nippels (7) fort von dem Steckelement (5) begrenzt.
(EN) The invention relates to a hose fitting (1) for a high-pressure hose, for connecting the high-pressure hose to a connection part (2), having - a nipple device which has a through-passage channel (8) and, on the hose side, has a hose portion (17), which can be inserted into the hose, and, on the connection-part side, has a sealing portion (6a) for introducing into a corresponding sealing portion (6b) of the connection part (2), and - a screw-connection element (3, 4) which is intended for establishing a screw connection with the connection part (2), is applied to the nipple device via the hose portion (17) and by means of which the sealing portion (6a) of the nipple device can be pushed against the connection part (2), characterized in that the nipple device is designed in a number of parts and comprises a nipple (7), which has the hose portion (17), and an insertion element (5), which has the sealing portion (6a), wherein the nipple (7) is arranged such that it can be rotated both in relation to the insertion element (5) and in relation to the screw-connection element (3, 4), and wherein the screw-connection element (3, 4) delimits axial relative movement of the nipple (7) away from the insertion element (5).
(FR) L’invention concerne un raccord (1) pour un tuyau flexible haute pression destiné à raccorder le tuyau flexible haute pression à une pièce de raccordement (2). Le raccord est pourvu - d’un dispositif à mamelon qui présente un canal de passage (8) et qui présente côté tuyau flexible une partie (17) de tuyau flexible pouvant être introduite dans le tuyau flexible, le dispositif présentant en outre côté pièce de raccordement une partie d’étanchéité (6a) destinée à être introduite dans une partie d’étanchéité (6b) correspondante de la pièce de raccordement (2), et - d’un élément de liaison vissée (3, 4) qui est destiné à obtenir une liaison vissée avec la pièce de raccordement (2) et qui est appliqué sur le dispositif à mamelon par l'intermédiaire de la partie (17) de tuyau flexible et au moyen duquel la partie d’étanchéité (6a) du dispositif à mamelon peut être pressée contre la pièce de raccordement (2). L’invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif à mamelon comporte plusieurs parties et comprend un mamelon (7) présentant la partie (17) de tuyau flexible et un élément enfichable (5) présentant la partie d’étanchéité (6a), le mamelon (7) étant agencé de manière à pouvoir tourner aussi bien par rapport à l’élément enfichable (5) que par rapport à l’élément de liaison vissée (3, 4) et l’élément de liaison vissée (3, 4) limitant un mouvement relatif axial du mamelon (7) s’éloignant de l’élément enfichable (5).
