Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Großmanipulator für Betonpumpen mit einem auf einem Gestell angeordneten, um eine vertikale Drehachse drehbaren Mastbock, mit einem aus mindestens zwei Mastarmen zusammengesetzten Knickmast, der eine Betonförderleitung trägt, und mit wenigstens einem hydraulischen Antriebsaggregat für das Verschwenken wenigstens eines der Mastarme um eine horizontale Drehachse, das einen Hydraulikzylinder (154) und einen in dem Hydraulikzylinder (154) bewegbar angeordneten Kolben (156) mit einer daran angeschlossenen Kolbenstange (158) aufweist. In dem Hydraulikzylinder (154) ist dabei ein mit Hydraulikflüssigkeit beaufschlagbares kolbenseitiges Arbeitsvolumen (160) und ein mit Hydraulikflüssigkeit beaufschlagbares stangenseitiges Arbeitsvolumen (162) ausgebildet. Erfindungsgemäß enthält der Großmanipulator eine hydraulische Schaltungsanordnung (164) für den Antrieb des wenigstens einen hydraulischen Antriebsaggregats, die in einem ersten Schaltzustand einen ersten Arbeitsanschluss (168) für die Zufuhr oder Abfuhr der Hydraulikflüssigkeit durch einen ersten Fluidkanal (170) mit dem stangenseitigen Arbeitsvolumen (162) und einen zweiten Arbeitsanschluss (172) für die Zufuhr oder Abfuhr der Hydraulikflüssigkeit durch einen zweiten Fluidkanal (174) mit dem kolbenseitigen Arbeitsvolumen (160) verbindet und die in einem von dem ersten Schaltzustand verschiedenen zweiten Schaltzustand den ersten Arbeitsanschluss (168) von dem ersten Fluidkanal (170) trennt und dabei den ersten Fluidkanal (170) mit dem zweiten Fluidkanal (174) für das Zuführen von Hydraulikflüssigkeit aus dem stangenseitigen Arbeitsvolumen (162) in kolbenseitige Arbeitsvolumen (160) verbindet.
(EN) The invention relates to a large manipulator for concrete pumps having a boom pedestal which is arranged on a chassis and can be rotated about a vertical axis of rotation, having an articulated boom which is composed of at least two boom arms and which carries a concrete delivery line, and having at least one hydraulic drive unit for pivoting at least one of the boom arms about a horizontal axis of rotation, which unit comprises a hydraulic cylinder (154) and a piston (156) which is arranged so as to be movable in the hydraulic cylinder (154) and which has a piston rod (158) connected to said piston. Here, a piston-side work volume (160) which can be charged with hydraulic liquid and a rod-side work volume (162) which can be charged with hydraulic liquid are formed in the hydraulic cylinder (154). According to the invention, the large manipulator contains a hydraulic circuit arrangement (164) for driving the at least one hydraulic drive unit, which circuit arrangement, in a first switching state, connects a first work connection (168) to the rod-side work volume (162) for feeding or removing the hydraulic liquid through a first fluid duct (170) and connects a second work connection (172) to the piston-side work volume (160) for feeding or removing the hydraulic liquid through a second fluid duct (174), and which circuit arrangement, in a second switching state different from the first switching state, separates the first work connection (168) from the first fluid duct (170) and in so doing connects the first fluid duct (170) to the second fluid duct (174) for feeding hydraulic liquid from the rod-side work volume (162) into piston-side work volumes (160).
(FR) L’invention concerne un grand manipulateur, destiné à des pompes à béton, comprenant un support de mât disposé sur un châssis et pouvant tourner sur un axe de rotation vertical, un mât articulé constitué d’au moins deux bras de mât et portant un conduit d’alimentation en béton, et au moins une unité d’entraînement hydraulique destinée à faire pivoter au moins un des bras de mât sur un axe de rotation horizontal et comportant un cylindre hydraulique (154) et un piston (156) qui est monté de manière mobile dans le cylindre hydraulique (154) et auquel une tige de piston (158) est raccordée. Un volume de travail côté piston (160), pouvant être alimenté en fluide hydraulique, et un volume de travail côté tige (162), pouvant être alimenté en fluide hydraulique, sont formés dans le cylindre hydraulique (154). Selon l’invention, le grand manipulateur comprend un circuit hydraulique (164) qui est destiné à entraîner l’au moins une unité d’entraînement hydraulique et qui relie, dans un premier état de commutation, un premier raccord de travail (168), destiné à amener ou évacuer le fluide hydraulique, au volume de travail côté tige (162) par le biais d’un premier conduit de fluide (170) et un deuxième raccord de travail (172), destiné à amener ou évacuer le fluide hydraulique, au volume de travail côté piston (160) par le biais d’un deuxième conduit de fluide (174) et qui, dans un deuxième état de commutation différent du premier état de commutation, sépare le premier raccord de travail (168) du premier conduit de fluide (170) et relie le premier conduit de fluide (170) au deuxième conduit de fluide (174) pour amener le fluide hydraulique du volume de travail côté tige (162) dans le volume de travail côté piston (160).
