(DE) Es wird eine zuverlässig arbeitende triggerbare Funkenstrecke TFS mit kleinen Abmessungen angegeben. Die Funkenstrecke hat eine Bodenplatte BP und eine Kappe KP. Auf der Bodenplatte sind eine Kathode K, eine Anode A und eine Triggerelektrode TE als leitfähige Beschichtungen ausgeführt.
(EN) The invention relates to a reliably operating triggerable spark gap TFS with small dimensions. The spark gap has a base BP and a cap KP. A cathode K, an anode A, and a trigger electrode TE in the form of conductive coatings are formed on the base.
(FR) L’invention concerne un éclateur TFS déclenchable fonctionnant de manière fiable et présentant des dimensions réduites. L’éclateur comporte une plaque de fond BP et un capot KP.
