Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Druckschablone zur Verwendung in einem Verfahren zur Durchkontaktierung einer Leiterplatte, wobei die Druckschablone (18) mindestens ein Schablonenloch (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) zur Befüllung eines gegenüber einem Referenzloch (3) größeren Loches (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e) eines Keramiksubstrates (2) umfasst. Das Schablonenloch weist dabei (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) eine flächenreduzierende und flächenunterteilende Geometrie (32) auf, welche das Schablonenloch (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) in zumindest zwei Lochabschnitte unterteilt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Verwendung einer solchen Druckschablone in einem solchen Verfahren.
(EN) The invention relates to a printing screen for use in a method for through-plating a printed circuit board, the printing screen (18) comprising at least one screen hole (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) for filling a hole (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e) of a ceramic substrate (2), which is larger than a reference hole (3). The screen hole (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) has a surface-reducing and surface-dividing geometry (32) which divides the screen hole (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) into at least two hole sections. The invention further relates to a use of such a printing screen in such a method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un gabarit d'impression à employer dans un procédé de métallisation d'une carte de circuit imprimé, le gabarit d'impression (18) comprenant au moins un trou de gabarit (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) permettant le remplissage d'un trou (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e) d'un substrat céramique (2) de taille supérieure à celle d'un trou de référence (3). Le trou de gabarit (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) présente selon l'invention une géométrie (32) de réduction de surface et de division de surface qui subdivise le trou de gabarit (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d, 19e) en au moins deux parties de trou. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'un gabarit d'impression de ce type dans un procédé correspondant.
