Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a lithium-air battery comprising a cathode comprising a gas diffusion layer comprising a solid electronically conductive material coated with carbon black, the gas diffusion layer being at least partially filled with gaseous air, a separator comprising an electronically nonconducting filter material arranged between the anode and the cathode, the filter material being at least partially impregnated with a liquid electrolyte, and an anode comprising a material selected from the group consisting lithium metal, material alloyable with lithium, metal oxide, and mixtures thereof, wherein the electrolyte comprises N,N- diethyl-N-methyl-N- (2-methoxyethyl ) ammonium bis ( trifluoromethanesulfonyl ) imide (DEME-TFSI) as hydrophobic, ionic liquid and lithium bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl ) imide (LiTFSI) as lithium salt, and wherein the three phases of gaseous air, liquid electrolyte and solid, electronically conductive material are in contact at at least one point of the gas diffusion layer. The present invention further relates to a method for making the lithium-air battery, and the use of the lithium-air battery in a motor vehicle.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une batterie au lithium-air comprenant une cathode comprenant une couche de diffusion de gaz comprenant un matériau solide électroniquement conducteur revêtu de noir de carbone, la couche de diffusion de gaz étant au moins partiellement remplie d'air gazeux, un séparateur comprenant un matériau de filtre électroniquement non conducteur disposé entre l'anode et la cathode, le matériau de filtre étant au moins partiellement imprégné d'un électrolyte liquide, et une anode comprenant un matériau choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un métal de lithium, d'un matériau qui peut former un alliage avec du lithium, d'un oxyde métallique et de mélanges de ceux-ci, l'électrolyte comprenant N, N-diéthyl-N-méthyl-N- (2-méthoxyéthyl) ammonium bis (trifluorométhanesulfonyle) imide (DEME-TFSI) en tant que liquide ionique hydrophobe et lithium bis (trifluorométhanesulfonyle) imide (LiTFSI) en tant que sel de lithium, et les trois phases d'air gazeux, d'électrolyte liquide et de matériau solide électroniquement conducteur étant en contact au niveau d'au moins un point de la couche de diffusion de gaz. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de la batterie au lithium-air, et l'utilisation de la batterie au lithium-air dans un véhicule à moteur.
