Abstract:
(DE) Mittel und Verfahren zum Stoßschweißen eines Spaltes einer Bahnschiene, insbesondere zum Stoßschweißen eines Schienenbruchs, wobei eine Schweißmanschette (2) verwendet wird, welche die Schiene (3) an deren beiden Längsseiten (10, 11) in einem den Spaltbereich (7) umfassenden Schienenbereich (9) in Längsrichtung flankiert, den Spalt (8) überbrückt und in Bezug auf die Längsrichtung der Schiene (3) beidseitig des Spaltes (8) mit der Schiene (3) fest verbunden ist, wobei die Scheißmanschette (2) eine die Schiene (3) an deren erster Längsseite (10) in Längsrichtung flankierende erste Lasche (12) und eine die Schiene (3) an deren zweiter Längsseite (11) in Längsrichtung flankierende zweite Lasche (13) umfasst, und wobei die erste Lasche (12) und die zweite Lasche (13) jeweils im Spaltbereich (7) von dem Schienensteg (5) und dem Teil des Schienenkopfes (4) beabstandet sind, so dass im Spaltbereich (7) zu beiden Längsseiten (10,11) der Schiene (3) mindestens im Bereich des Schienensteges (5) und des Teils des Schienenkopfes (4) ein den Spalt (8) umgebender von den Laschen (12, 13) begrenzter Hohlraum oder Kanal (15) gebildet ist.
