(ES) PROCESO Y APARATO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE AGUAS RESIDUALES DOMÉSTICAS MEDIANTE LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE FILTROS MÚLTIPLES CON MATERIAL BIOADSORBENTE Y MICROALGAS

Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a treatment process which removes nutrients from domestic wastewater through the combined use of pretreatment units together with filtration based on oyster shells, other bioadsorbent materials and microalgae. The process according to the present invention involves a group of reactors having a central tube divided into segments by chambers inserted therein, said chambers containing bioadsorbent particulate matter from shells of molluscs of the genera Crassostrea sp and/or Polymesoda sp. and/or Coquina-type coral rocks having different particle sizes, in which process the bioreactor contains living microalgae of the genus Chlorella sp. The domestic wastewater treatment process of the present application consists in connecting two or more bioreactors in series, and conveying water through the chamber-segmented central tube of the first bioreactor, the wastewater passing through the mixture of bioadsorbent material contained in the chambers and leaving the central tube and entering the bioreactor through perforations provided in the lower portion of the central tube. Subsequently, the water passes through the space between the central tube and the inner wall of the bioreactor, where the wastewater comes into contact with the microalgae. The water leaves the first reactor through the upper portion and enters the next reactor through the upper portion of the central tube, where the process is repeated.
(ES) La presente invención está dirigida a un proceso de tratamiento que remueva nutrientes de las aguas residuales domésticas, mediante el uso combinado de unidades de pretratamiento con filtración a base de conchas de ostras, otros materiales bioadsorbentes y microalgas. El proceso de acuerdo con la presente invención consiste en un conjunto de reactores que tienen un tubo central segmentado por cámaras intercaladas las cuales contienen material particulado bioadsorbente de conchas de moluscos de los géneros Crassostrea sp y/o Polymesoda sp. y/o rocas coralinas tipo coquina de diferentes tamaños de partícula, en donde el biorreactor contiene microalgas vivas del género Chlorella sp. El proceso para el tratamiento de aguas residuales domésticas de acuerdo con la presente solicitud consiste en conectar dos o más bioreactores en serie, pasar el agua residual a través del tubo central segmentado por cámaras intercaladas del primer biorreactor, el agua residual pasa a través de la mezcla de material bioadsorbente contenido en las cámaras intercaladas y sale del tubo central al biorreactor a través de perforaciones en la parte inferior de dicho tubo central. Luego, el agua pasa al espacio comprendido entre el tubo central y la pared interna del biorreactor, donde las aguas residuales entran en contacto con las microalgas. El agua sale del primer reactor por la parte superior e ingresa al siguiente reactor por la parte superior del tubo central, donde se repite el proceso.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement qui extrait les nutriments des eaux usées domestiques, par utilisation combinée d’unités de prétraitement avec filtration à base de coquilles d’huitres, d’autres matériaux bio-absorbants et des micro-algues. Le procédé selon la présente invention concerne un ensemble de réacteurs qui comprend un tube central segmenté en chambres intercalées lesquelles contiennent un matériau de particule bioabsorbant de coquilles de mollusques du genre Crassostrea sp. et/ou Polymesoda sp. et/ou des roches coralliennes de type clovisse à différentes tailles de particule, le bioréacteur contenant des micro-algues vivantes du genre Chlorella sp.. Le procédé pour le traitement des eaux usées domestiques selon la présente invention consiste à relier deux ou plusieurs bioréacteurs en série, à passer l’eau usée à travers le tube central segmenté par des chambres intercalées du premier bioréacteur, l’eau usée passe à travers le mélange de matériau bioabsorbant contenu dans les chambres intercalées et sort du tube central au niveau du bioréacteur à travers des trous ménagés dans la partie inférieure dudit tube central. Ensuite, l'eau passe dans l'espace compris entre le tube central et la paroi interne du bioréacteur, où les eaux usées entrent en contact avec les micro-algues. L'eau sort du premier réacteur par la partie supérieure et entre dans le réacteur suivant par la partie supérieure du tube central, où le processus se répète.
