Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a self-hardening organic synthetic resin mixture used for additive manufacturing, comprising 30-75% by mass of linear thermoplastic phenolic resin and 25-70% by mass of phenol modified furan resin. The manufacturing method therefor is divided into three stages, the first stage comprising preparing the linear thermoplastic phenolic resin, the second stage comprising preparing the phenol modified furan resin, and the third stage comprising mixing the linear thermoplastic phenolic resin and the phenol modified furan resin according to a specific ratio to finally obtain the self-hardening organic synthetic resin mixture for use in the additive manufacturing industry. The self-hardening organic synthetic resin mixture has the advantages of high strength at normal temperature, excellent high temperature resistance, high activity, and excellent collapsibility, and is suitable for use in the additive manufacturing industry, being particularly suitable for the production of casting moulds by means of 3D printing.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mélange de résine synthétique organique auto-durcissant utilisé pour la fabrication additive, comprenant de 30 à 75 % en masse de résine phénolique thermoplastique linéaire et de 25 à 70 % en masse de résine furannique modifiée par du phénol. Le procédé de fabrication associé est divisé en trois étapes, la première étape consistant à préparer la résine phénolique thermoplastique linéaire, la deuxième étape consistant à préparer la résine furannique modifiée par du phénol, et la troisième étape consistant à mélanger la résine phénolique thermoplastique linéaire et la résine furannique modifiée par du phénol selon un rapport spécifique afin d'obtenir finalement le mélange de résine synthétique organique auto-durcissant destiné à être utilisé dans l'industrie de la fabrication additive. Le mélange de résine synthétique organique auto-durcissant présente les avantages d'une résistance élevée à température normale, d'une excellente résistance à haute température, d'une activité élevée et d'une excellente aptitude au pliage, et est approprié pour être utilisé dans l'industrie de la fabrication additive, étant particulièrement approprié à la production de moules de coulée au moyen d'une impression 3D.
