Abstract:
(EN) A process method for synthesizing 1,5,7-triazabicyclo[5.5.0]dec-5-ene (TBD) in an autocatalytic amphipathic mixed solvent. In the process method in the present invention, di(3-amino propyl)amine and guanidine hydrochloride are used as raw materials, and the TBD is synthesized in the hydrophilic-hydrophobic amphipathic mixed solvent at a high yield by using trace TBD (0.001%-0.005%) as a catalyst. The method has the characteristics that the process operations are simple and convenient, the yield of the target product is high (≥95.0%), and the product purity is high (≥98.0%).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse de 1,5,7-triazabicyclo[5.5.0]déc-5-ène (TBD) dans un solvant mixte amphipathique autocatalytique. Le procédé selon la présente invention, permet d'utiliser du di(3-amino propyl)amine et du chlorhydrate de guanidine en tant que matières premières, et le TBD est synthétisé dans le solvant mixte amphipathique hydrophile-hydrophobe à un rendement élevé en utilisant des traces de TBD (0,001 % - 0,005 %) en tant que catalyseur. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il présente des opérations de traitement simples et pratiques, un rendement de produit cible élevé (≥ 95,0 %), et une pureté de produit supérieure (≥ 98,0 %).
(ZH) 自催化双亲混合溶剂中合成1,5,7-三氮杂双环[5.5.0]癸-5-烯(TBD)的工艺方法。本发明以双(3-氨基丙基)胺和胍盐酸盐为原料,在亲水—疏水性双亲混合溶剂中采用微量(0.001%-0.005%)TBD为催化剂高产率合成TBD的工艺方法。本方法特点:工艺操作简便,目标产物产率高(≥95.0%),产物纯度高(≥98.0%)。
